Welcome to my Website

My Name is Michael Bredel and you have reached my private homepage. Here you can find information about myself and the work I am doing.

After I have studied electrical engineering and information technology in the field of data technology at Technische Universität Darmstadt, I became a PhD candidate at the Multimedia Communications Lab. Since March 2009 I have been continuing my work in the Emmy-Noether Group "ProPer Bounds" funded by the german research foundation (DFG) at the Institute of Communications Technology at Leibniz Universität Hannover. I am doing research in the field of probabilistic performance bounds in communication networks. My special focus is on wireless networks and measurements. Additional research interests are multimedia and security technologies.
